Happy Birthday

One year ago today, I registered and baptised my crochet business with the name, Yarn & Marble.

I knew for several months that I was going to sell my creations, but I just couldn’t find the right business name. This was the only thing that stopped me from officially branding my creations to be sold online. I got my brains trust (friends and family) together for ideas but all the goods ones had already been taken.

One night, I found a hipster business name generator at http://www.hipsterbusiness.name/. It’s a great website! I clicked the refresh button many times to generate a name until I came across Yarn & Marble. I even adapted the generator’s logo design. FYI, marble is a type of stitch. It was perfect.
