Returns Policy

1.Returns and Exchanges

1.1 Returned products will only be accepted for eligible exchanges or refunds.

1.2 To be eligible for an exchange, the purchaser (“you”) must contact Yarn & Marble (“us”) within 30 days of making your purchase. A return delivery address will be provided upon receipt of your enquiry. Returned items will be inspected and assessed to determine your eligibility.

1.3 Items returned for exchange must be unused and in the same condition as when it was first purchased.

1.4 Exchanges can be made for items of equal or greater value only. An exchange made for items of greater value may require payment for the difference in price.

2. Refunds

2.1 To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us within 30 days of identifying a fault or defect. A return delivery address will be provided upon receipt of your enquiry. Returned items will be inspected and assessed to determine your eligibility. Identification of a major fault or defect with our product will be eligible for a full refund.

2.2 A full refund will be issued via the same method of payment made at purchase, unless an alternative method of payment is requested.

2.3 Any minor faults or defects can be repaired by Yarn & Marble at no further cost to you. In these instances, a refund may not be applicable.

3. Non-returnable items

3.1 Used or damaged goods, due to wear and tear are not eligible for an exchange or refund.

3.2 Sale items are not eligible for return, exchange or refund, unless sold with undisclosed faults or defects at the time of sale.

3.3 Due to the nature of our craft in crocheting, our handmade goods need to be handled with a reasonable level of care. We always endeavour to create each item with quality materials and we take pride in our crocheting skills, but some things will just last longer with tender love and care.

4. Shipping

4.1 We hold no liability for delivery/shipping fees in returning any goods to us.

4.2 If you are eligible for a full refund, additional delivery fees can be refunded with appropriate proof of payment for delivery. We encourage you to send it via registered post with tracking to avoid dispute.
